Whilst celebrating what is wonderful about Ghana, I came to realise that parts of our country needed repairing. One of our problems is poverty. I believed that one of the solutions to poverty is thriving businesses because business is one of the main sources of wealth-creation. I also love beautiful products, so I became an entrepreneur and embarked on a journey to build a business that would provide ordinary Ghanaians with beautiful products. The business was called AfroChic Limited. The business did well and then it stagnated. But my love for business endured as did my love for beautiful things, and my desire to Ghana and its people prosper. Here, I'll share business lessons. I hope that you'll also share what you've learned so that we both walk away enriched.
